At Age of Innocence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
